Priority Service

With the service agreement you will become a priority customer. Agreement customer emergency service calls will be placed before non-agreement customers. When you become a priority customer you will always be the first priority when you call for service.

Automatic yearly checkup

Every season you will be put on a list for seasonal checkup. We will call and set an appointment or you are also more than welcome to call and set and appointment time that is convenient for you.

One time yearly fee

You pay a special rate designed for your needs and for your systems.

Familiarity with your system

When you sign up for a preventative maintenance agreement it will help save you time and time is money. We will have the information from your heating/cooling system on file. Also to have our friendly well-trained service techs in your home is a great relief. We want to make the worry of your heating and cooling system ours instead of yours.

Checkups Include:

Regular Checkups

  • Two checkups per year (1 hour time limit per call)
  • Parts needed sold at list price
  • Prompt priority emergency service at continued time rate
  • Add $40 for electronic air cleaner

Cooling check and service

  • Install gauges and check operating pressures
  • Check voltage and amperage to all motors
  • Check air temperature drop across evaporator
  • Check for adequate refrigerant charge
  • Lubricate all moving parts
  • Change filters if necessary
  • Check electrical lock-out circuits
  • Check starting contactor contacts
  • Check all wiring and connections
  • Check and adjust thermostat
  • Check for proper air flow across condensor
  • Turn exposed dampers to cooling if marked
  • Check that condensation drain is open

Heating check and service

  • Check and adjust thermostat
  • Check and adjust all safety controls
  • Check burners for proper ignition
  • Clean and adjust pilot assembly
  • Adjust burner for efficiency
  • Lubricate all moving parts
  • Change filters if necessary
  • Check flue for proper venting
  • Service humidifier – change water panel if necessary
  • Turn exposed dampers to heating if marked
  • Check crankcase heater
  • Check air circulation
